竹纤维精梳棉混纺纱的生产

摘    要:探讨竹纤维/精梳棉60/40 9.8 tex混纺纱的生产工艺.针对竹纤维特性,对竹纤维进行人工开松预处理,并加3%的抗静电剂.提出了各工序选择工艺参数的原则,清棉工序应多梳少打,充分混和,降低各单机的速度;梳棉工序抬高给棉板位置,降低刺辊速度;精梳工序采用轻小卷定量,增大落棉率;细纱工序放大后区罗拉隔距,配置小的后区牵伸倍数,小钳口隔距.经过不断的试验,提高了成纱质量,确保了满足喷气织机的织造要求.

Abstract:To discuss the production processing of bamboo fiber/combed cotton 60/40 9.8 tex blended yarn,pre-treatment of manual opening was done to bamboo fiber,and 3% antistatic agent was added to it.Choice principle of each process in the production were proposed,more carding & less beating should be adopted in cleaning process to blend fully and reduce the speed of each machine,feed plate position should be raised in carding process to reduce licker-in speed,smaller weight should be adopted in combing process to increase waste percentage,back roller gauge should be enlarged in spinning process,and smaller back draft multiple and smaller nip gauge should be adopted in spinning process too.Through test,yarn quality was enhanced and can satisfy the weaving demands of air-jet loom.
