摘    要:在福建莆田市木兰溪下游裁弯取直挖河建堤的防洪工程中,防洪堤堤基及新开河段的局部河床岸坡的软基处理应用了塑料排水板及砂井堆载垂直排水法,加速地基土排水、压密、沉降、固结的过程,工程实施过程严格监控基础面沉降、边桩的水平位移及垂直升降等变形值不超过规定的指标,取得令人满意的工程效果,确保工程施工安全.

Abstract:The flood control project of Putian City in Fujian Province involved the straightening of the lower Mulan river and the channel excavation and dike embankment of a new river. In the treatment of soft foundations for the flood control dikes and the bank slopes of the new river, a vertical drainage method by means of plastic drainage plates, sand wells and loading up on ground was used for speeding up the process of drainage, compaction, settlement and consolidation of ground soils. In the implementation process, the settlement of foundation surfaces, the horizontal and vertical displacements of side piles were strictly monitored and controlled to not exceed their specified indexes, resulting in satisfactory engineering effect and ensuring the safety of the project construction.
