某金矿残留矿柱回采的稳定性研究

摘    要:采用工程地质调查、现场应力变化监测、声波测试结合三维有限元数值分析方法,对某金矿残留矿柱回采方案进行研究及稳定性分析,确定回来区优势结构面、主要承载矿柱以及矿柱临近破坏的声速值。结果表明,小矿柱更易破坏,顶底枝比间柱回来稳定性好,采场留中间采端部的底柱回来方案围岩稳定性最好,距地表500m以下的采场回来底柱时应加大人工项枝的高度,回采主要承载矿柱必须采取安全措施。

Abstract:The scheme of the residual pillars recovery in the mentioned mine is investigated and the stability is analyzed by the combination of engineering geological conditions detection, stress spot monitoring, ultrasonic velocity testing and 3D-FEM numerical analysis, and the favor joint sets, dominant supporting pillars and critical failure ultrasonic velocity of pillars in recovery areas are determined The smaller the pillar, the less the stability The mining of the crown or sill pillar is more stable than barrier pillar And the stability of the wall rock for the sill pillar recovery by mining the end sections and remaining the central section is the best among the schemes The height of artificial crown pillars should be increased for the more 500m underground sill pillars recovery The safety measures should be adopted for dominant supporting pillars recovery
