铁路机车用高功率VRLA电池的研究

摘    要:分析比较了采用不同方案的铁路机车用阀控铅酸蓄电池的额定容量、起动放电特性以及起动循环耐久能力.试验结果表明,采用低阻抗AGM隔板、经干荷电处理和负极板及经高温固化处理的正极板均可提高蓄电池的2100A起动放电特性.采用高温固化处理正极板的蓄电池具有非常好的循环耐久能力.用电池化成工艺所制造蓄电池的额定容量低,起动放电性能差.负极板的表层不可逆硫酸盐化是影响蓄电池寿命的主要原因.

Abstract:Capacity,starting capability and cycle life of locomotive VRLA batteries which were designed differently were investigated in this paper.The test results showed that the discharging performance at 2100 A can be improved efficiently by using AGM separators with low impedance,dry-charged negative plates and high temperature cured positive plates.The positive plates which were cured at high temperature had excellent performance of cycle life.The batteries manufactured by using container formation process had p...
