碱性锌-镍合金镀液及镀层中锌、镍的测定

摘    要:酸性锌-镍合金镀液中锌、镍的测定方法报道很多,而碱性镀液中锌、镍的测定报道很少。采用过硫酸铵作氧化剂,在碱性介质中,镍与丁二酮肟生成红色络合物借此比色,求出镍含量;用EDTA滴定法确定锌、镍总量,然后减去镍量从中得到锌含量。此方法也可用于镀层中的锌及镍测定。本方法测定结果准确、快速,能满足实际生产的要求。

Abstract:While a large number of methods of determining contents of Zn and Ni in acidic Zn-Ni alloy plating bath was reported, few of methods for determining Zn and Ni in alkaline Zn-Ni alloy plating bath were reported. With (NH_4)_2S_2O_4 as oxidant, a red complex was resulted from Ni and C_4H_8N_2O_2 in alkaline solution, Ni content was determined by colorimetry; and Zn content was calculated by subtracting Ni content from the total content of Zn and Ni which was determined through using EDTA titration. This method can also be used in the determination of contents of Zn and Ni in Zn-Ni alloy coating. Being accurate and fast, this method can meet the demands of practical production.
