| Abstract: | This article begins with the necessity of the management for the new college students. It will analyze some characteristics of the new college students, and give some suggestions for improving the level of the student management in college, also, I wish that we can catch this good chance to create a new situation for the student management and education. Meanwhile, it is the most important basis for the later management and education. |
