摘    要:基于模糊理论和矩阵转换思想,分别建立了在顾客需求及需求权重明确和不明确两种条件下如何将顾客需求转换为工程特征的转换子模型,以及将工程特征转换为顾客需求的转换子模型。

Abstract:Based on Fuzzy Theory and Matrix Alternation, this paper established a set of transformation sub-models to transform customer-requirements into engineering characters, or to transform engineering characters into customer-requirements, which is for the case that the customer-requirement and its weight are clearey known or not.
