纳米TiO2粉体的制备及其光催化性能研究

摘    要:以偏钛酸为原料通过常温水解-沉淀法制备了纳米TiO2粉体,用XRD、Raman和TEM等手段对粉体的晶型和形貌进行表征。TiO2粉体在热处理温度400-600℃时为锐钛矿,当热处理温度达700℃时,为锐钛矿和金红石的混合晶型,热处理温度达到750℃,样品中锐钛矿完全转变成金红石;用亚甲基蓝为目标降解物,研究了其对亚甲基蓝的降解性能,当分散剂加入量(质量分数)为13.5%,氨水溶液的pH值为4.0时得到的光催化剂粉体的晶粒尺寸均匀,粒径为10-20 nm,其降解亚甲基蓝的效率最高。

Abstract:Nano-TiO2 powders were prepared with metatitanic acid as the initial materials by hydrolyzation-precipitation method in normal temperature and were characterized with XRD and TEM. The photocatalytic properties of nano-TiO2 were researched by degradating the methylene blue. The result shows that the degradation rate is the most obvious in degradating the methylene blue when using 13.5% of HPC as dispersant and adjusting the pH of the solution for 4.0.
