| Abstract: | In order to improve the elevator maintenance service, we need not only the scientific management, but also the support of elevator technology and information technology. A 3G based elevator remote service system developed by Shanghai Mitsubish Elevator Co..Ltd is depicted in this article, which integrates all the three factors and can improve the maintenance service quality and efficiency drastically. |
