分析了我国在用的按标准制造和安装的电梯运行中常见的系统缺陷、管理缺陷、维护缺陷以及存在的其他问题，结合EN81—80和笔者的电梯检验工作经验，提出了这些电梯的缺陷分析方案和风险评估策略。

Safety Defects of the Existing Old Elevator and Its Risk Evaluation

This paper analyzes the problems of the existing elevators based on the replaced elevator standards on the technique, management and maintenance etc.This paper also puts forward the method of the defect analysis and the risk assessment for them in combination with EN81-80 and the writer＇s experience about the elevator inspection.
