稀土复合变质剂对高碳高速钢性能及组织的影响

摘    要:通过扫描电镜,能谱分析仪和电子探针研究了稀土复合变质剂对离心铸造的高碳高速钢轧辊组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:稀土复合变质剂能细化高碳高速钢轧辊组织,改善碳化物和夹杂物的形态和分布,变质后高碳高速钢辊环在硬度不变的情况下,冲击韧性提高了73.6%。

Abstract:The effects of RE compound modificator on the mechanical properties and microstructure of high carbon high speed steel used for roller ring were investigated by SEM, EDS and EPMA. The results showed that the grain is refined, the morphology and distribution of carbide and inclusion are improved by RE compound modifying treatment. Compared with the high carbon high speed steel without modification treatment, the impact toughness is increased by 73.6 %, with same hardness.
