综放液压支架计算机三维图形运动模拟

摘    要:论述了用计算机图形学模拟综放液压支架的三维运动。应用实体建模技术完成了综放液压支架的三维设计。为解决这种多自由度闭环运动链图形运动模拟问题,分析了综放液压支架的机构、部件运动关系和结构特点,建立了综放液压支架的空间坐标系统,推导出综放液压支架精确运动的坐标变换矩阵及计算公式。实现了综放液压支架精确三维图形运动模拟。

Abstract:The integrated caving hydraulic support is simulated with the computer graphics. The 3D design of hydraulic support is completed with solid modeling technology. In order to deal with the 3D graphics movement of the close kinematic chain, the mechanisms, structure and characteristic of the support are analyzed. The coordinate systems are built; the matrix and formula to calculate and are deduced. The Kinematics simulation of integrated caving hydraulic support is implemented.
