摘    要:采用陶瓷膜澄清生地黄提取液,通过阻力分析法,比较了Al2O3和ZrO2膜的抗污染性能;采用红外光谱仪(IR)、等离子发射光谱(ICP)、电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDX)等检测仪器分析了污染物位置和成分,探讨了膜污染的机理;考察了不同清洗剂的清洗效果,确定了合适的清洗方法,为陶瓷膜在中药提取液澄清过程的应用提供指导.

Abstract:The fouling mechanism and cleaning methods for ceramic membrane in clarification of traditional Chinese medicine extract were studied. The influence of membrane materials on fouling was investigated. Aluminum membrane is a proper one in treating traditional Chinese medicine extract. The pollutants deposited on the membrane surface during the microfiltration were determined by IR spectroscopy. The fouling mechanism was analyzed with the results of SEM, EDX and ICP. The effect of several cleaning agents and cleaning time on the recovery of permeate flux were investigated. The solution with 2% NaClO was the best cleaning agent.
