适合于炼厂制氢的煤气化技术选择

摘    要:阐述炼厂煤/焦制氢的必要性以及煤气化技术在制氢项目中的重要性,介绍国内外主要煤气化技术,并从气化压力、原料的适应性、产品的适应性、投资和操作费用等不同方面对粉煤气化技术和水煤浆气化技术进行了分析。重点分析了不同水煤浆气化技术对炼厂制氢项目的影响,分析认为单喷嘴水煤浆气化技术具有自己独特的优势,是炼厂制氢项目较为适合的技术。

Abstract:The necessity of hydrogen preparation with coal and coke and the importance of coal gasification technology in refinery plant were elaborated.The major coal gasification technologies both at home and abroad were introduced.The analysis on both coal powder and coal water slurry gasification technology was conducted from gasification pressure,feedstock,product slate,investment and operation cost,focusing closely on the influence of different coal water slurry gasification technologies on hydrogen preparation in refinery plant.The result shows that the single nozzle coal water slurry technology has its unique advantages,and is preferable for hydrogen preparation.
