深孔钻断排屑机理与变切深加工数控宏程序研究

摘    要:深孔加工面临许多困难,其中最主要的困难是断排屑、钻偏及折断钻头.文章针对深孔加工的特殊性,研究了切屑形成机理及各种断、排屑方式,采用“变切深、引钻”等方法并通过数控宏程序控制深孔加工,解决了断排屑、钻偏及折断钻头等难题,应用结果表明,深孔加工的断排屑效果明显,加工效率及精度显著提高.

Abstract:The deep hole processing faces many difficulties,the main difficulty is broken row flocks,partial and broken bit drill.In this paper the particularity of the deep hole processing,and studies the formation mechanism and all kinds of scraps off scraps discharge way,The "change cutting depth,lead" and other methods,and through the drill NC macros that control the deep hole processing,Solve scraps discharge end,drilling partial and broken bit difficult problems,The application results show that The deep hole processing scraps discharge of broken obvious effect,machining efficiency and precision improved greatly.
