基于NXWAVE和NASTRAN的挖掘机铲斗提梁的分析优化

摘    要:利用NX软件的WAVE功能建立挖掘机铲斗提梁的参数化实体模型,并运用NX NASTRAN的有限元分析功能对提梁进行受力分析,对薄弱部位和冗余部位进行参数化更改。经过优化减轻了提梁重量,从而为物理样机的设计制造提供了依据。

Abstract:The parametric entity model of the hoist-girder on an excavator was set up by the WAVE of NXo and the stress of the hoist-girder was analyzed by the finite element analysis function of NX NASTRAN. Based on the analysis results, the unsubstantial part and redundancy part of the parametric model could be improved, which would make the weight lighter and the performance better. This work could provide a reference for the design and manufacturing of physical prototype.
