| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the current situation for architectural market in China, illustrates the reasons, the claim procedure, the time limit and other precautions for claims from the aspect of contractor, so as to direct the construction enterprises to emphasize on the claim management works, lower the management risks and improve the economic efficiency. |
