圆钢管相贯节点滞回性能有限元分析

摘    要:文中以文献中实验为基础,采用有限元软件ANSYS建立KK型相贯节点模型,并根据实验结果校对了有限元模型。为了真实反映节点在桁架中的实际状况,将节点置于桁架模型中进行加载计算。并对7个不同几何参数的节点试件进行计算分析,得到了相应节点滞回特性曲线。节点在加载过程中塑性开展的特点与实验基本一致。分析结果表明,文中采用的有限元模型能够较好反映节点滞回性能的实际状况,圆管KK型相贯节点具有较好滞回性能,评价了节点的几何参数对滞回性能存在的影响,为实际工程的相贯节点设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:This paper is based on experiment in the literature and models KK unstiffened tubular joint using the finite element software ANSYS,and proofreads the finite element model based on experimental results.Nodes will be placed in the truss model to load calculate in order to truly reflect the actual status of the nodes in the truss.7 node specimens of different geometric parameters are calculated and the corresponding node hysteresis characteristic curve is obtained.Node plasticity in the loading process carried out by the same basic features and experimental.The analysis results show that the finite element model used in this paper can better reflect the actual situation hysteretic behavior,the tube KK joints are with better hysteresis performance,and nodes of the geometric parameters of the hysteretic behavior exists.
