摘    要:分析了轴端带方孔的传动轴零件的成形工艺,设计了挤压成形毛坯及其复合挤压成形模。运用Deform-3D数值模拟分析软件,对零件复合挤压成形过程进行模拟和分析,根据模拟结果对挤压模进行优化改进,生产出合格的挤压零件,提高了生产效率和材料利用率。

Abstract:The forming process of a transmission shaft part with a square hole on the shaft-end was analyzed, and the blank and a composite extrusion forming die were de- signed. By using Deform-3D to establish a three-dimensional plastic finite element model of the part, the forming process was simulated and analyzed on which the die was optimized and improved.
