摘    要:在分析黄河泥沙性能的基础上,以黄河泥沙为主要原料,采用压力成型、高温烧结等方法,制备出了综合性能优于天然青石料的人工备防石。同时,对研究中的主要技术进行了探讨,研究了利用黄河淤泥沙制造人工备防石的工艺过程。试验研究表明,用黄河泥沙生产人工备防石是完全可行的,不仅有利于黄河泥沙的综合治理和利用,而且具有较大的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of sediment performances of the Yellow River, taking the Yellow River sediment as the main material and adopting the method of pressed shaping and high temperature sintering, it has produced artificial reserved bricks which the comprehensive function is better than that of the natural rocks. In the meanwhile, the paper discusses the main techniques in the study and studies the technological process by utilizing the river sediment. It is shown by the test and study that it is completely feasible to produce artificial reserved bricks by using the Yellow River sediment. It not only is favorable to the integrated management and utilization of the sediment, but also has greater environmental, economic and social benefits.
