摘    要:机械活化是强化锌精矿湿法分解的有效方法。本研究中,用FeCl3浸出经振动磨活化的硫化锌精矿。与未活化矿相比,可在浸出温度、浸出剂浓度及浸出时间大幅度下降的情况下获得更好的浸出效果。浸出反应的后化能由未活化时的52kJ/mol降至活化后的27kJ/mol。

Abstract:The leaching kinetics of niechanically activated sphalerite with acid FeCl3 solution was investigated,The result has shown that mechanical pre-treatment has greatly enhanced the leaching process,Comparing with the original con-centrate,the activated one can be leached more completely at a relatively low-er temperatuse, less FeCl3 concentration,and a shorter leaching time.Theactivation energy for the activated concentrate is.27 kJ/mol, while for theoriginal one is 52kJ/mol.
