我国主要金属矿产矿山的开发利用状况

长期以来 ,由于各种原因 ,全国相当部分矿山在困境中运转 ,由此引发的种种问题已经引起了各方人士的关注。本文在对 2 0 0 1年度我国 2 5种主要金属矿产矿山基础资料统计分析的基础上 ,重点对矿山的区域分布、生产规模、生产状态、经济类型、矿产类型及生产能力等开发利用状况做了较为详细的统计分析 ,认为我国矿产资源区域分布分散而又相对集中 ,大型矿山和国有矿山在我国矿业中起着主导作用 ,但是目前矿山产能下降明显 ,而且消失的势头有增无减 ,亟待有关扶持政策和解困措施及早出台。此外部分集体和私营矿山的利税及产能远高于国有矿山 ,值得管理者和研究人员关注。

For a long time, because of well known reasons, many metal mines have been falling in hot water in China,which causes more and more administrators and researchers to wake up and pay more attention to it Based on statistics and analysis of basic data of 25 type's major metal mines, the paper puts emphasis upon the development and utilization of mines, such as regional distribution, production scale, productive state, economy type, commodity,throughput and so on It thinks that regional distribution of major metal mines are scattering but relatively centralizing The large scale mines and state owned mines always play an important role in our country mining industry But now these mines' throughput descends quickly and is getting worst soon In order to be far from the risk of closedown, it is urgent for them to expect the appearance of some new policy or measures Furthermore, taxes and throughput of some collectivity owned and private owned mines are higher than the state owned mines' This phenomenon deserves us to discuss and investigate
