摘    要:采用与现有节能游梁式抽油机完全不同的工作原理 ,研制成YCYJ10— 3— 37HB摇杆游梁式抽油机 ,其悬点最大载荷 10 0kN ;冲程 3,2 5 ,2 1m ;冲次 4 ,5 5 ,7min- 1;减速器扭矩 37kN·m ;电动机功率 2 2kW。设计时改变游梁尾部结构 ,增设摇杆和从动连杆 ,将原来游梁尾部的圆周运动改变为抛物线运动 ,从而改变抽油机工作时的受力状态 ,分散峰值扭矩 ,达到减小扭矩最大峰值和抽油机各部件受力之目的。经测试 ,摇杆游梁式抽油机的示功图面积比常规游梁式抽油机的小 ,节能 30 % ,悬点速度和加速度均降低 ,运动更平稳 ,综合性能更好。

Abstract:By changing the structure of beam end and adding a rocker and slaving linkage, Model YCYJ10-3-37HB rocker beam pumping unit is developed. The maximal polished rod load of the unit is 100kN; the stroke is 3, 2.5,2. lin; the pumping speed is 4, 5.5, 7min -1 ; the torque of the gear reducer is 37kN m; and the power of the motor is 22kW. Test shows that, the area of the dynamometer card of rocker beam pumping is smaller than that of conventional beam pumping unit, and both its polished rod speed and acceleration are lowered. By using this unit.30% power can be saved with more smooth operation and better comprehensive performance.
