微机控制大功率晶闸管等离子喷涂电源的研究

摘    要:阐述了由分布式微机构成的晶闸管式等离子喷涂电源的结构组成、工作原理及设计思想。该系统设有与机器人的接口,利用2台独立的单片机和1台嵌入式工控机.集中管理和综合控制喷涂的工艺过程。同时实时采集多个动态参数,进行在线显示和动态存储。实验表明.该系统具有功能强、精度高、工作可靠、性能稳定等特点。

Abstract:The composition, work principle and design thought for plasma spray power source with high power SCR are introduced in the paper.The technical process is controlled through the robot interface by two single chip microrcontrollers and one industrial programmable computer.The multiple dynamic parameters are sampled and displayed in time.The exporiment result showes that the system is with high porfonnance, stabilization,reliability and so on.
