摘    要:概述了涡轮增压器密封环的工作条件,提出用有限元法计算涡轮增压器密封环的温度场及热变形,对影响密封环温度场和变形的各种因素进行了分析,为进一步研究密封环的变形影响和对增压器的整体结构优化设计起到了指导作用。

Abstract:The working conditions of sealing ring of turbocharger were introduced,temperature field and thermal deformation for sealing ring of turbocharger was carried out by means of finite element method(FEM),factors influencing temperature field and deformation on sealing ring were discussed.The method plays an important role in further studying on deformation and turbocharger optimization design.
