光氯化水解合成邻氯苯甲酸的研究

摘    要:提出了塔式法光氯化,水解合成邻氯苯甲酸的新工艺,考察了影响反应的主要因素,得出了适宜的反应条件,在该条件下,合成反应所需时间短,提高了光氯化反应速度和反应器的生产能力,研制的产品性能指标符合同种产品标准。

Abstract:A tower reactor was used for the preparation of o-chlorobenzoic acid from ochlorotulene by photochlorination and hydrolysis reation. Effects of the chemical light source, reaction temperature, flow rate of chlorine and volume of catalyst added on the reaction process have been investigated, and the optimal condition of reaction has been obtained. Under the optimal condition, the reaction time is much less than that reported in the literature and the product quality is high.
