| 摘 要： | 自动测试技术是现代仪器仪表发展水平的标志.在基于成熟总线技术,采用流行商用仪器构建现代自动测试系统的基础上,为适应计算机网络化测试和军用测试向通用、灵活方向发展的需求,又提出了"仪器扩展的局域网LAN口标准(LXI)网络化测试系统"和"综合仪器自动测试系统",成为自动测试技术发展的新热点.通过介绍这2个自动测试系统新成员的出现和发展,分析其特点、技术难点和发展前景,以推动自动测试新技术在国内的应用发展.

| Abstract: | On the basis of ripe bus technologies and construction of the modern Automated Test System(ATS) using Commercial Off-The-Shelf(COTS) instruments, in order to meet the currency and agility requirements of computer networked measurement and military test, "LAN eXtensions for Instrument(LXI) networked test system" and "Synthesis Instrument(SI) ATS" are brought forward, and they become the new hotspots of the development of automatic measurement and test technology. The paper introduces the appearance and development of the two new members briefly, and analyses their characteristics, technique difficulties and development foreground to drive the application and development of the automatic measurement and test new technology. |
