摘    要:光固化快速成型数据模型切片分层的结果是一系列封闭的多边形截面轮廓,由于光斑(或喷嘴)具有一定的尺寸大小,为了保证零件的制造精度,就需要对多边形截面轮廓进行补偿。为此,简化了补偿矢量计算方法,并针对两种尖角情况,提出了新的处理方法。对多边形轮廓补偿后可能出现的自相交现象,采用基于单调链的平面扫描算法,对自交点进行了求解,并提出了一种无效环的简单判别方法,提高了无效环的去除效率。通过无效环的去除,保证了补偿轮廓的正确性,提高了零件的制造精度。

Abstract:A series of closed sectional contours of polygon are achieved resulting from sliced STL data.Because the facula(or nozzle) has certain size,sectional contours need to be compensated in order to ensure the part's precision.The calculation method of compensational vector was simplified and the new processing method was proposed to deal with two types of sharp corner.To process self-intersection that might appear after polygonal contours compensation,a sweep-line algorithm based on monotone chains was presented to find self-intersection points.At the same time,a simple and effective method was proposed to identify invalid loops,and the efficiency of removing invalid loops was improved.After the invalid loops were eliminated,the validity of compensating contours was guaranteed and the part precision was improved.
