电信运营商的互联网转型浅析

文章通过互联网企业在基础网络设施领域内的拓展说明了电信运营商互联网转型的必要性,并对电信运营商互联网转型的背景情况、实践尝试及成效进行了论述。利用最佳实践法和标杆分析法,对多个互联网企业、电信运营商的转型尝试进行了探讨。此外,对互联网企业与电信运营商的运营模式也做了广泛的比较和分析,认为拓展内容和应用的运营、借助IT架构(云化)的变化实施转型、注重客户的感知等是电信运营商互联网转型所应该关注的重要方向。

Analysis on Internet transformation of the Telcos

Telco has the necessity of Internet transformation based on the facts that Internet firms are extending their business to the arena of the traditional telcos’,which is the fundamental information infrastructure.Background,practices and performance of the transformation are discussed in this paper.Some transformation attempts of the Internet firms and Telcos are analyzed,by using the methodologies of benchmarking and best practices,It is found out that following aspects should be paid much attention during the process of the transformation:operation of the content&application,Infrastructure transformation(mainly on Cloud),and user experiences of the services.
