摘    要:用户行为轨迹及用户位置分析对客户精准营销至关重要,能够有效提高客户营销的精准性和成功率。文章分析多种用户定位技术的特点及其应用场景,介绍一种基于运营商基站位置信息的大数据服务平台和助销系统,利用用户话单中的基站信息,建立用户常驻地识别模型,通过大数据处理,实现基于用户位置区域的服务信息推送和营销推荐应用。应用结果表明,该系统能够有效助力客户引流,具有规模化推广价值。

Abstract:The analysis of user behavior trajectory and user location is crucial to customer precise marketing, which can effectively improve the accuracy and success rate of customer marketing. This paper analyzes the characteristics and application scenarios of various user positioning technologies, and introduces a design of a big data service platform and the realization of the aid and marketing system based on carrier's base station location information. It uses the information of the base station in the user's bill to establish user resident. Through big data processing, service information push and marketing recommendation applications based on user location areas are implemented. The application results show that the system can effectively assist customer drainage and has a large-scale promotion value.
