聚砜-纳米Al2O3共混超滤膜的制备与表征

摘    要:以无机纳米Al2O3粒子作为共混剂与聚砜共混,采用相转化法制得分散均匀的聚砜一纳米Al2O3共混超滤膜。用扫描电镜观察膜表面微观结构及孔分布,测定了膜的孔隙率、纯水通量,并研究了其机械柔韧性能。结果表明,在聚砜膜中适量地添加纳米Al2O3粒子,可改善其亲水性和机械柔韧性能。当添加的Al2O3的质量分数为3%时,膜的水通量和孔隙率最大。

Abstract:Using inorganic Al2O3 nanoparticles as blending agent which was blended with PSU, the PSU/nano-sized Al2O3 blend ultrafiltration membranes were made by phase reverse method. The surface microstructure and distribution of pores of the blend membrane were observed by scan electron microscopy (SEM). The porosity, permeability and mechanical property of the blend membrane and those of the original membrane were tested.
