摘    要:通过理论分析直通单座调节阀的流量与阀座处流通面积的关系,导出了流通面积和阀芯直径的近似计算式。通过改变阀芯在不同开度下的直径,优化阀芯外轮廓形面,使直通单座调节阀的设计流量特性与实际流量特性趋向一致,减小调节误差。

Abstract:In this paper,theoretical analysis through single-seat and seat flow control valve flow area at the relationship between the flow area and valve core are derived approximate diameter calculation formula.To change the disc opening in different degrees in diameter,optimizing the disc-shaped outer contour surface,so that through the design of single-seat control valve flow characteristics of convergence with the actual flow characteristics,reducing the adjustment error.
