| 摘 要： | 研究了铝防盗盖成型过程中铝板的应力，应变状态和金属流动特征，从理论上和铝板的组织状态方面分析了流纹的成因；同时从铝板表面粗糙度和表面缺陷方面分析了流纹的成因，提出了铝防盗表面流纹的控制方法。

| Abstract: | The conditions of the stress & strain and the characteristics of the metal flow in the forming process of the TSPP caps are researched. It has analyzed the causes of the metal flow in theory and in the ways of the metal tissue conditions of the aluminium plate. At the same time, it also has analyzed the causes of the metal flow in the ways of the roughness and the defects of the aluminium plate surface. It also has proposed the measures of controling the metal flow on the aluminium TSPP caps. |
