钻孔水力采矿中气举模型的建立

摘    要:为得到在钻孔水力开采关键设备中气举(气力提升装置)设计所需要的压降参数,建立了气举提升管内的气-液-固三相流压降数学模型。该模型基于压力能量消耗最小原理,得出了在环状流态时具有相对稳定的流动状态。针对在此流动状态下,通过对修正后的气-液和气-固两相流压降数学模型的叠加,得到了适合于对小颗粒、均匀粒径矿砂开采时,工作状态下的气举内气-液-固三相流压降数学模型。模型求解与实验结果表明,该模型计算结果与实验数据比较吻合。

Abstract:To get the pressure drop parameters for the design of air-lift in the borehole hydraulic jet mining,the model of three-phase flow was developed.Based on the theory of pressure energy consumption mining,a quite steady flow state of annular flow in lift was obtained.The model presented here integrated two sub-models of gas-liquid and gas-solid to produce a design model for three-phase gas-liquid-solid in annular flow,which was adapted to exploit small and uniform diameter particles.The results show that calcu...
