ZYG320型钻井液固控系统的开发与研制

摘    要:华北石油管理局第一机械厂开发研制的ZYG320型钻井液固控系统由6个罐体和1套混合房组成,整个循环系统配置五级净化设备,可根据钻井作业的需要实现对钻井液的1~5级净化。系统总有效容积240m3,钻井液最大处理量360m3/h,具有足够的钻井液储备功能,可满足钻深井和大流量补充钻井液的需要;系统内每一罐体单元不仅设备、技术先进,而且实现了模块化,具有很强的适应性,便于搬迁。这种钻井液固控系统已有10多套在大庆、辽河和四川油田应用,并且出口到印度尼西亚,获得很高评价。

Abstract:Model ZYG320 solid control system for drilling fluid, newly developed by No.1 Petroleum Machinery Plant of Huabei Oilfield, is comprised of 6 settling tanks and 1 mixing room, and is provided with five-step cleaning units. Its total available volume is 240m3, and maximum treating capacity is 360m31h. With modularized design, this kind of solid control system is convenient to transport and has high adaptability. The system has been used in a few oil fields and exported to Indonesia, and was highly appraised.
