含粘土尾砂固化的研究

摘    要:采用崩落法的矿山开采过程的同时,要占用、破坏两部分土地,一是建尾砂库,堆放矿山废料尾砂;另一是由于采空区的崩落和塌陷。将尾砂固结后用于充填采空塌陷区,可以减少环境污染和地表破坏,是一项造福人类的研究成果。为了保证地下采矿的安全,在塌陷区堆放的尾砂必须经过固化处理。尾砂中含有大量的粉粒和粘土矿物,尾砂浆的固结和脱水是尾砂固化的主要技术难题。针对含粘土尾砂的特点而研究成功的新型固结材料,实现了尾砂固化

Abstract:While the mine operates with caving method,it will occupy and destroy two pieces of lands.One area is used to build tailings pile for piling up tailings;The other is used for the falling and collapsing of gob.Solidifying tailings to fill collapse area can reduce environment pollution and ground destruction.It is a research achievement of benefiting human being.For the safety of mining underground,the tailings piled up in collapse area must be solidified.Because there are plenty of dusty particles and clay mineral in tailings,it is a main technical problem to solidify and dewater the tailings.The new solidifying material has been discovered successfully for the solidifying the tailings containing clay.This has gotten a mew breakthrough in solidifying tailings,so the technical problems of dewatering tailings,the mixing of solidifying agent,the solidifying of tailings and so on are solved.
