| 摘 要： | 目的:观察激光局部照射治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效.方法:将84例口腔溃疡患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例,采用激光局部照射并口服中药治疗;对照组42例,单纯用口服中药治疗;结果:治疗组愈显率83.4%;对照组愈显率为66.7%.两组比较差异显著(P＜0.05).结论:激光局部照射治疗口腔溃疡可明显提高疗效,且疗效巩固.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of treating recurrent aphthous ulcer with He-Ne laser for local irradiation,Method:84 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(42 cases) was treated with He-Ne laser for local irradiation and TCM for oral administration.The control group(42 cases) was treated only with TCM for oral administration.Result: Apparent effectiveness: the combined group was 83.4%,the routine was 66.7%.The combined group and the routine both had obvious difference(P
