汽车操纵稳定性试验虚拟仪器设计

摘    要:采用Component Works(NI软件)组件中的CWGraph,CWKnob,CWNumEdit设计了汽车操纵稳定性试验的虚拟仪器系统,采用面向对象的模板编程机制开发了试验数据处理模块,用移动平均算法对试验数据进行曲线拟合。虚拟仪器使操纵稳定性测试参数以曲线、仪表盘指针以及数值三种方式进行显示,实现了试验数据采集过程的实时监控,并且经过运算处理后的试验数据在试验结束后还可重新回放,再现试验过程中各个参数的变化情况。该研究的意义在于简化了汽车操纵定性试验的数据采集与处理过程,提高了试验的效率与精度。

Abstract:The paper presents the approach of designing the virtual test instrument for vehicle handling and stability.The CWGraph,CWKnob and CWNumEdit of the Component Works module(National Instrument Corporation) were applied to develop this virtual instrument.Template structure of object-oriented techniques was employed to process the test data,such as test data acquisition,data analysis and data access.Finally,the test data was showed as curve,instrument dial and board reading.The advantage of this virtual test instrument system is it can monitor and control the test procedure real-timely,simplify the test data acquisition and analysis,improve the efficiency and accuracy of vehicle handling and stability test.
