| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current situation of bidding in electric power construction projects and expounds the necessity of implementing the bill of quantities evaluating mode in electric power projects. It also analyzes the function and significance of implementing the bill of quantities evaluating mode, and finally it elaborates the concrete measures which should be taken by electric power construction enterprises to face the change of bidding mode under the new situation. |
