Development of NA-3 One-Component Polyurethane Adhesive

While briefly introducing the formulation, preparation and bonding process of two one-component polyurethane adhesives, the paper puts the emphasis on the diseussion of the effect of some factors such as polyester equivalent, triol and diol ratio, the amount of isocyanate and phthalic anhydride, curing temperature and time, solid contents, storage life, etc. on the peeling strength of the adhesive. The effects of waterresistauce and the amount of isocyanate oa storage stability are also included.
