摘    要:产品全生命周期管理(Product Lifecycle Manasement,PLM)环境下BOM(Bill of Material)具有不同形态及作用,是PLM中分系统之间集成的主线。通过定义与研究EBOM(Engineering BOM)、PBOM(Plan BOM)、MBOM(Manufacturing BOM)三种主要BOM及其之间关系,论述了BOM之间通常的转化方式,同时提出了BOM转化时的限制与条件。

Abstract:BOM (Bill of Material) in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) has different forms andfunction, and is the key by which the subsystems in PLM are integrated. Based on analyz-ing the relationship between EBOM(Engineering BOM), PBOM(Plan BOM) and EBOM(Manufacturing BOM) and giving the definition of the three main BOMs, the commonly inte-grated transformation between BOMs is described detailedly. Finally the limiting factors andcondition on integrated transformation between BOMs are detailed.
