摘    要:本文概述了用生物技术(基因工程和蛋白质工程)进行制革用酶制剂研究的最新进展,“生物工程酶”在制革浸水,脱毛浸灰,软化和脱脂等工序中的应用成果以及我们用生物工程酶“进行无灰和无硫化钠酶脱毛研究的新探索。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to summarize the recent developments in leather enzpmology using the latest generation of biotechnological enzymes. The availability of novel bioengineered enzymes issued from biotechnology is offering new opportunities for applications in soaking,unhairing,bating and deg reasing during leather manufacture. A project is currently underway in our laborataryfor the total elimination of sulfide and lime during the unhairing step with the use of novel bioengineered enzymes.
