摘    要:应用确定性力学方法对破碎机齿板的应力应变进行了有限元仿真研究;为满足齿板应力应变等方面的有限元分析之需要,应用模糊随机理论对颚式破碎机齿板载荷施加方法进行了初步探讨,确定了各齿面的载荷状况;给出了计算结果和有限元仿真结果;齿面载荷的隶属度函数呈钟形分布,表明齿面受力情况为中间大,两边小,反映了齿板的真实受力情况。

Abstract:Study on finite element simulation of stress and strain of jaw crusher teeth using determinate mechanics method. For the need of finite element analysis of the teeth, loading method of the teeth has been studied primarily using fuzzy and probability theory, the loading values of the teeth plates have been determined, the figure of the membership function belongs to bell distribution which can reflect teeth plate force status, and this simulation indicated the load distribution status is that the greatest force is in the middle, the smallest in the both sides, which reflected the truth force of teeth.
