| Abstract: | The focus of cost management at the implementation phase of a hydropower project is laid on the execution and management of construction contract. The paper presents the topics of ＂price review＂ and ＂contract clause＂ for study, and puts forward corresponding considerations and solutions for rational determination of project price. |
