摘    要:PDC钻头作为一种高效破岩工具,在石油工业中的应用越来越广泛。复合片的磨损直接影响着钻头的钻速和使用寿命。在目前研究的基础上,分析了PDC钻头复合片研磨性磨损、热磨损和冲击磨损三种磨损形式的磨损机理;研究了钻井参数、地层特性及复合片自身结构性能参数对复合片磨损的影响规律。建立了一个比较完善的复合片磨损速度模型,为进一步的研究提供了理论依据。

Study on a swear rate model of PDC composite cutters

Abstract:PDC bit, as an effective tool for breaking rocks, is applied in a wider range of oil industry. The composite cutter wear will directly affect drilling rate and service life of the PDC bit. Based on the current research, the paper analyzes three wear mechanism including abrasive wear, thermal wear, and shock wear, and discusses the impact of drilling pa- rameters, formation characteristics and intrinsic structural performance on wears. A better swear rate model of PDC composite cutters is established to provide the theoretical foundation for further study.
