摘    要:采用耐酸胶结料、粉料和骨料配制了耐酸混凝土,研究了混凝土的强度及耐酸性能,探讨了耐酸胶结料的固化硬化密实机理.研究表明,采用粉状耐酸胶结料配制的耐酸混凝土强度可达32.8MPa,高于采用液体水玻璃配制的混凝土强度(25.1MPa),并具有良好的耐酸性和抗高温性能.

Abstract:In this presentation, the property and production technology of water miscible acid - proof cementing material are introduced. In this study, the acid resistant concrete is prepared with acid -proof cementing powder. The strength and acid proof performance are studied. Then the mechanism of the curing, hardening and compaction of the acid proof cementing material is discussed thoroughly. It is showed that the compressive strength of the acid proof concrete can reach as high as 32.8 MPa, which is higher than the concrete prepared with liquid soluble silicate whose strength is about 25.1MPa. Besides, the performance of acid proof and fire proof is better than the later too.
