制氧机减温减压装置的研究与应用

摘    要:从生产实际出发,针对制氧工艺汽化的需求,研究与设计了一套减温减压装置,通过减温减压装置对过热蒸汽进行减温减压调节,该装置利用西门子S7-300作为控制系统,采用PID温度调节和自力式减压调节,精确控制和生产大规模的饱和蒸汽,保证制氧机在事故状态下液氧汽化的稳定供应,具有较高的实用和推广价值.
