摘    要:以FPGA为基础,融入SOPC技术,实现了1种嵌入Nios Ⅱ软核的多用虚拟仪器实验样机,具有双通道示波器、信号发生器、频率特性测试仪等多种功能.它利用FPGA平台和模拟信号调理电路对信号进行采集和数据输出,采用USB总线与上位机通信,并由上位机进行数据处理和显示.采用LabWindows/CVI编写上位机软件,很方便...

Abstract:Based on FPGA,blend in the SOPC technology to realize a Nios Ⅱ soft nuclear embedded multi-purpose prototype virtual instrument,Has the dual channel oscilloscope,the signal generator,the frequency characteristics of the tester functions.It Uses the FPGA platform and analog signals regulate circuit the signal acquisition and data output,Uses USB and superordination machine communication,and the PC for the data processing and display.Using LabWindows/CVI write PC software,easily realize communication function and instrument panel.The actual test results show that the multi-function virtual instrument perfect function,friendly interface,easy operation.
