多铁性材料BiFeO3的掺杂改性研究进展

摘    要:同时具有铁电、铁磁、铁弹特性的多铁性材料在功能器件中具有潜在的应用前景。BiFeO3是唯一居里温度和尼尔温度均在室温以上的多铁性材料。综述了多铁性材料BiFeO3的结构、制备、掺杂改性研究进展,指出了BiFeO3材料存在的问题,提出了BiFeO3材料今后可能的研究方向。

Abstract:Multiferroic materials,coexisting of ferroelectric,ferromagnetic and ferroelastic properties,possess potential applications in functional devices.BiFeO3 is the unique multiferroic material whose Curie temperature and Neel temperature are above room temperature.The latest research progress of structure,preparation and doping of multiferroic material BiFeO3 are summarized.The problems existing in the application of BiFeO3 material are pointed out and the development trends of BiFeO3 materials are forecasted.
