共聚尼龙/PZT复合材料的压电和介电性能研究

摘    要:以共聚尼龙为基体,采用简单的热压工艺制备了0-3型共聚尼龙/PZT压电复合材料,研究了所制复合材料的介电和压电性能.结果表明:以共聚尼龙为聚合物基体可以制备出具有优良介电和压电性能的新型聚合物/PZT复合材料;在共聚尼龙的体积分数为0.20时,复合材料的压电常数和相对介电常数都达到最大值,分别为55 pC/N和155.

Abstract:Nylon/PZT composites consisting of polyamide multipolymer and lead zirconate titanates(PZT) were prepared by melt blending and hot-molding technique.The piezoelectric properties and dielectric properties of prepared composites were investigated.The results show that a new kind of polymer/PZT composites with good piezoelectric and dielectric properties can be obtained using nylon as polymer matrix.The nylon/PZT composites possess the maximum relative permittivity of 155 and piezoelectric constant of 55 pC/N ...
